Have Some Coffee or Tea...and a Muffin

I've been called many things. However, a "pest" is not one of them, and I don't want that to be added to my repertoire...(Ask the WWWPs--my writing critique group. They could spew out many colorful terms that I answer to.)

I've done a guest post at The MuffinBrew up a beverage. Sit down a spell. And if you drink too much and your bladder get's full, don't worry.

'Cause my post is all about "p"....

  1. Sioux, great post over at WOW. Pest is not in your vocabulary, personality or whatever. You're always supportive and inspiring and I'm lucky to know you! You are colorful, but nothing in a bad way, so there!

    1. Lynn--Remind me to pay you the normal $20 "effusive fee." Thanks.

  2. The photo has given me a sugar rush. I think this is a trick to make your competition nod off when the blood sugar plummets, instead of finishing something suitable for submission. Clever tactic. So subtle. Not that it would work on me, ha ha! I have nothing suitable in the works. Your devious plan has failed!

    1. Val--A scone (which I think is what is pictured in the photo) is a sweet (and one of the rare ones) which I am NOT tempted by. But hey, if you can be lured by a scone's song, and are then unable to churn out witty submissions, leaving the road clear for me, well...

  3. You are not a pest. I know a guy who may call you 666, but I know how wonderful you (and your writing) are. Great piece at the Muffin.

    1. Linda--And I know a guy who sets a trap of a soda-filled chair, and then waits for the first unsuspecting idiot to fall for the bait. Could we be talking about the same guy?

      Thanks.

  4. I'm with Lynn. Great post, but you are not the pest type. And thank heavens for that. You illustrated the point just perfectly, too. How do ya like them 'p's?

  5. Tammy--So you're the Princes of the P's (when it comes to alliteration)?

Your pithy points--just like your sophisticated sensational, stories--bowl me over every time.
